Smoothie Ingredients

Morning Kale Smoothies

Super easy, good for you, and so yummy!

  • Kale
  • Frozen Mango Chunks
  • Coconut or Almond Unsweetened Milk
  • Truvia sweetener
  • Chia seeds

Throw all these items into your super blender and you have the perfect morning refresher.  My husband has this blending before I even get up and leaves it in the fridge for me.   What a darling!

While in Positano, Italy – We signed up for a cooking class with Marina in Cucina!  We cooked with all locally grown fresh ingredients and went thru several lovely bottles of Chianti.
