These 5 super easy appetizers are a must have in your refrigerator for those last minute hosting opportunities! Short notice drop-ins or a take-away to a game watch party, these easy recipes are sure to please. If you are “Hosting a Lady’s Weekend” — schedule out all of these appetizers throughout the weekend and impress those ladies!
1. Caprese Salad

Always a crowd-pleaser and it takes about 15 minutes to throw this together. During the summer, I grow my own tomatoes and basil so we make this a staple in our household. Set out with some table crackers and a lovely seasonal wine and you will wow the pop-in guests.

2. Greek Guacamole

My darling girlfriend Kristi gave me this recipe several years ago. Since then, my family fondly calls this appetizing dip — “Guacamole Crack”. This is one of those appetizers that once you try this — you just can’t stop eating it!
The secret ingredient to making this “crack-worthy” — KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette salad dressing. I have tried other greek dressings and it just doesn’t have the same flavor. Also, always make sure to serve with Tostitos Scoops because you want a lot on your chip.

3. Deviled Eggs

A holiday staple — but why not a super easy appetizer anytime? Everyone loves deviled eggs! I always make these when serving a brunch crowd. This is also the easiest appetizer to prepare ahead of time. I almost prefer to make ahead as the yolk mixture will set up better in the refrigerator.

Another trick to make this super easy — use a frosting bag to fill your egg halves. This will deliver the most beautiful display. Switch up the taste with the mixture by adding relish, onion, or something crazy like capers or chives — mix it up darling!

4. Ahi Tuna

This Ahi Tuna is probably the “easiest” of the super easy appetizers. I buy frozen tuna steaks at Aldi’s or Kroger and they are pretty reasonable. Your only timing issue is that you will need to pull those steaks out the night before so they are perfectly thawed. If you can get sushi-grade tuna — that is the best!
Wasabi is also a must (sorry not in pic) and you can get that fresh at an Asian grocery store or order a wasabi paste on-line. I keep some in the fridge for Tuna on the fly!

5. Beef Roll-Ups

Aren’t those just adorable? And so yummy! Make these beef roll-ups for a Bloody Mary brunch bar or an easy take away to another hostess’s party. Beef roll-ups are so easy to put together, but do take a little more time to construct if your cream cheese is hard. That is my one trick — make sure to leave that cheese out a little time so it softens up. BUT do not use the “whipped cream cheese” tub — it just doesn’t taste the same and won’t set up the roll-ups very well.

Keep some of these easy ingredients in your fridge and you will always be able to whip up a super easy appetizer display on the fly. Enjoy!
